Evergreen Dayton CDC is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Our core objectives are:

   Community Development

   To combat community deterioration and lessen the burdens of government by acquiring, rehabilitating, and preserving abandoned or blighted real estate within the Pineview neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio.

   Historic Preservation

   To promote and manage the historical designation and architectural integrity of the Pineview neighborhood.

   Environmental Beautification

   To develop and maintain green spaces and urban gardens for the benefit of the general public.

   Educational Advancement

   To provide financial assistance and scholarships to residents of Dayton, Ohio, specifically targeting students pursuing higher education at institutions such as Antioch University.

   Social Welfare

   To engage in activities that increase homeownership, neighborhood stability, and economic opportunity for the residents of the West Side of Dayton.
